Certificate for the Import of Controlled Substances into Mexico


Import of controlled substances and medications requires the authorization of the Health Department of Mexico and must clear the customs entity that the Department stipulates for each case.

Certificates may be obtained by corporations for intended sale to pharmacies and companies dedicated to the production of medications.

The requirements for this permit are:

Sanitary Permit, issued by the Department of Health of Mexico, authorizing the import of products.

Product Invoices, which must have been issued in the state of New York, New Jersey or Connecticut, or if issued in another state, be accompanied by the proper apostille



ANALYSIS CERTIFICATION

In order to obtain this document, you must present the original certificate of analysis, issued by an authority or clinical laboratory
in the state of New York, New Jersey or Connecticut, or if issued in another state, be accompanied by the proper apostille
