the Department stipulates for each case.
Certificates may be obtained by corporations for intended sale to
pharmacies and companies dedicated to the production of medications.
The requirements for this permit are:
Permit, issued by the Department of Health of Mexico, authorizing
the import of products.
Invoices, which must have been issued in the state of New York, New
Jersey or Connecticut, or if issued in another state, be accompanied
by the proper apostille
