Waiver to Receive Inheritance

Any person that has been appointed heir in a will or that has the possibility of being appointed heir in a non-testamentary procedure, may, if so desired, express, before the General Consul, her waiver to receive an inheritance. 

    Any interested person shall present his/her passport and a copy thereof, and pay the fee of $109 US dollars
